This #InternationalWomensDay, we celebrate the inspiring journey of Churchu Nari Urja Farmer Producer Company Limited (CNUFPCL)—a shining example of women-led agricultural transformation in Jharkhand, pioneering change not just in farming but also in livestock and lac cultivation.
Founded in 2018 in Churchu, Hazaribagh, this women-run FPC started as a small initiative and has now grown into a thriving community of 7,500 women farmers and 3,800 shareholders, driving economic empowerment and sustainability.

₹2.58 crore annual turnover through vegetable sales
Winner of Livelihood Summit FPO Impact Award 2021 (NABARD & NITI Aayog)
Recognized as Best FPO of the Year-Small (Livelihoods India Summit 2021)
Selected by E-Nam for SFAC National Conference (among top 3 FPCs nationwide)
Felicitated by APMC & SDM Hazaribagh for excellence in digital marketing through E-Nam
2nd Prize from BAYER for being the leading distributor of seeds & pesticides in Hazaribagh
